Labor Hours

Labor hours are used to calculate Meals per Labor Hour.

  1. All Cafeterias - filter by Cafeteria

  2. Select Date Range - filter by date range

  3. Reset - click this button to reset search parameters

  4. Add New Labor Hour - click to add new labor hour record

    1. Cafeteria - select the Cafeteria

    2. Date - select the Date

    3. Hours - enter the total labor hours for the selected date and Cafeteria

    4. Cancel - click to return to Labor Hours screen without saving changes

    5. Save - click to save changes

  5. Date - Click to sort by Serving Date

  6. Cafeteria - Click to sort by Cafeteria

  7. Hours - click to sort by Hours

  8. System Created - click to sort by system created vs manual entry status
    Checked - TITAN created this record automatically using the building's default labor hours. System Created records are created overnight for days on which meals were served.
    Unchecked - the record was created manually or a System Created record was edited

  9. Pencil - click to view/edit an existing labor hour record

    1. Cafeteria - select the Cafeteria

    2. Date - select the Date

    3. Hours - enter the total labor hours for the selected date and Cafeteria

    4. Delete - click to delete record

    5. Cancel - click to return to Labor Hours screen without saving changes

    6. Save - click to save changes
